All guest users, subscribers, registered users, sponsors & advertisers are hereby referred to as 'Members'. Indian Shaadi website is hereby referred to as 'Indianshaadi.com.au'.

Terms and Conditions By registering as a member of Indianshaadi.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times.
The Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Indianshaadi.com.au at any time by posting on this site notice of the variation in these Terms and Conditions and such variation will take effect 7 days after the notice is posted on this site. Members are responsible for keeping themselves up to date with the current Terms and Conditions of this site.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not use this service and should not proceed to register.
Restricted access
Access to this website is only available to registered users. To become a registered user follow the prompts after clicking the Join button.
Eligibility
In order to become a member of Indianshaadi.com.au you must be at least 18 years old.
By completing the online registration you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and be bound by all its terms and conditions.
Fees
As a member of Indianshaadi.com.au you agree to pay all charges for the Indianshaadi.com.au services set out in the subscription or advertising section.
Failure to pay such charges when due will entitle us to terminate or suspend your membership and/or your rights and privileges as a member. Termination or suspension will not affect your obligation to make payment of any amount due to us.
You will not be entitled to a refund of your fees paid or pro rata part thereof if your membership is terminated for a breach of the Terms of Use.
Indianshaadi.com.au reserves the right to alter the fees from time to time. Such alterations will become operative from the date declared or in the case of existing users upon expiry of their current registration.
Term and Termination
This Agreement commences on your completion of the online registration and will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by us of your written or email notice of termination.
If Indianshaadi.com.au determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement we may terminate your membership by removing your profile, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, or notice. You shall not be entitled to nor shall we be liable to you for any refund of any unused portion of any subscription payments that we have received from you, and we may continue to bar your use of the Service in the future. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
In addition, Indianshaadi.com.au may deactivate the accounts of members who have not used the Service for a period of 6 months or more (as calculated by the date of last connection to the Service).
Posting Content and Prohibited Content
You are solely responsible for the content, emails, Instant Messenger conversations, photos and profiles (collectively 'Content') that you post on the Indianshaadi.com.au website or Content you transmit to other members using our Service.
You agree that the Content is accurate, not in breach of this Agreement, and not harmful to any person in any way.
Any material that you transmit or post to the Indianshaadi.com.au website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Indianshaadi.com.au will have no obligations with respect to such material, and will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. This clause excludes personally identifiable information which will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement, You shall not include in your member profile or photos, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.
Indianshaadi.com.au may review and delete any content, emails, Instant Messenger conversations, photos or profiles that we judge to violate this Agreement or judge as offensive, illegal, or that might harm, endanger, or violate the rights of members.
When posting Content to this site or transmitting Content to another member using the Indianshaadi.com.au Services you agree that such Content will not:

be offensive;
promote racism, bigotry, hatred, harassment, or physical harm of any kind against any individual, group nationality or otherwise;
be abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
threaten, harass or abuse, or incite others to threaten, harass or abuse, members or other persons;
contain information, images or other material which is defamatory, libellous or a breach of another person�s privacy;
establish a profile or photographs of any third person used without their permission. In addition, profile photos must not contain any person other than yourself;
contain images of animals, scenery or objects of anything other than your current self.
contain pictures of people under the age of 18 (even if they are your children);
provide material that exploits people under the age of 18, or is used to solicit information from anyone under 18;
involve the transmission of junk mail, chain letters or spamming;
contravene any law or promote unlawful activities or otherwise provide information about unlawful activities;
contain information, images or other material which you know is false or misleading;
infringe the intellectual property rights of another person such as copyright, trade marks, trade secrets, confidential information and other proprietary rights;
promote the commercial activities of yourself or others including the offer or sale of any products or services or the promotion or offer of securities without Indianshaadi�s prior written consent;
solicit funds from other members;
solicit passwords or personal identifying information from other members;
promote another web site or introduction service;
contain any virus or trojan horse or anything else which may cause any malfunction of or damage to this site, the Content of other members posted to this site or the software or equipment of Indianshaadi or other members.

Removal of Content
Indianshaadi reserves the right, but we have no obligation, to monitor the Content posted in the public areas of the service.
We may, in our absolute discretion, remove from this site or hide from public view any Content posted which is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or may offend or breach the rights of other members or other persons or otherwise may hinder the efficient operation or use of the Indianshaadi.com.au Services.
Prohibited activities
Indianshaadi.com.au reserves the right to investigate and terminate your membership if you have misused the Service, or behaved in a way that we regard as inappropriate, unlawful or illegal. harass any other person;

use any robot, spider, or other device or process to retrieve, index, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents;
use code or other devices containing any reference to Indianshaadi.com.au, our Service or Website to direct persons to any other web page;
"frame" or "mirror" any part of the Service, without Our specific prior written consent.
use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to Us or the Service or the site connected to the Service in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose.

You must not, without written permission of Indianshaadi.com.au, including but without limitation, copy, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, transmit, disseminate or dispose of any such proprietary rights.
Privacy

Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
Customer Support
Indianshaadi.com.au provides assistance and guidance to members through its customer support representatives. You undertake not to be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing or racially offensive when communicating with our customer support representatives. Should any of our customer support representatives feel, at any given point, threatened or offended by your conduct, Indianshaadi.com.au reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership and you shall not be entitled to the refund of any subscription payments.

Governing Law
